PARTNERS

Governed relationships that extend the system

Enterprise Science Inc. partners with authorized practitioners, channel firms, and professional associations—each under governed terms that preserve the integrity of the system as it reaches its institutional audiences.

WHAT PARTNERSHIP IS

Partnership is a governance relationship

Partners are professionals already engaged in providing business and strategy advisory services in private practice. Enterprise Science does not recruit or train individuals into strategy advisory work; it authorizes those already operating at an institutional level and extends their capability through a governed system.

Enterprise Science partners with individuals and institutions through governed relationships that extend the reach of the system without transferring responsibility for outcomes. Partnership is not a commercial affiliation. It is a structural mechanism through which Licensed Materials, authorized interpretation, and the operational infrastructure of the system reach audiences that could not otherwise access them under disciplined terms.

Partnership takes three forms. Authorized practitioners carry the system into client engagements through individual IP licensing and demonstrated interpretive competence. Channel firms apply Enterprise Science inside their client engagements under institutional licensing, with Licensed Materials bearing Enterprise Science trademarks operating inside the work. Professional associations extend institutional visibility and refer member firms and individuals through established community relationships.

Each form of partnership operates under distinct governance terms. All share the same underlying principle: partnership exists to protect the integrity of the system as it reaches its audiences, not to optimize for network scale or commercial velocity. Authorization is always conditional, always reviewable, and always individual where individual authorization applies.

The Enterprise Science brand does not become the partner's primary business identity. Enterprise Science trademarks appear on Licensed Materials used in client engagements. Partners operate under their own firm name, their own professional standards, and their own client relationships—introducing the system into contexts they already govern.

PARTNER CATEGORIES

Three forms of governed partnership

Each category operates under distinct governance terms appropriate to the relationship and the responsibilities it carries. Partner identification is handled through the licensing conversation, where scope, boundaries, and access group assignment are established.

01

Authorized Practitioners

Individuals who have demonstrated competence in applying Enterprise Science across its four foundations and who are authorized to frame diagnoses formally, govern interpretive sequencing, support disciplined intervention design, and represent Enterprise Science outputs to leadership and governance bodies. The practitioner audience includes credentialed CPAs, management consultants, fractional CFOs, COOs, CMOs, and other strategy advisory professionals with existing institutional standing and client bases. Authorization is individual, conditional, and revocable. No firm or organization is certified or authorized.

02

Channel Firms

CPA firms, management consulting firms, and advisory firms that apply Enterprise Science inside their client engagements. Licensed Materials travel into those engagements bearing Enterprise Science trademarks; the client sees Enterprise Science as the system being applied. Channel firms operate under their own professional standards and liability, develop their own client relationships, and license Enterprise Science as the governed institutional system through which their business advisory work is delivered. The firm is the account; individual practitioners access under the firm’s relationship where firm-sponsored Practitioner Access is in place.

03

Professional Associations

Institutional associations that extend the visibility of Enterprise Science through community relationships and refer member firms and individuals through established pathways. Associations include AICPA and state CPA societies, Institute of Management Consultants USA, Association of Management Consulting Firms, CFO Alliance, NACVA, American Management Association, and comparable organizations. Association relationships are managed at two levels: the association itself as an institutional partner, and the member firms and individuals the association introduces.

AUTHORIZATION STANDARDS

Authorization is a boundary mechanism

Enterprise Science authorizes individuals, not institutions. Authorization reflects evaluation of interpretive and guidance competence, the professional standing to carry Enterprise Science into client engagements responsibly, and the ongoing governance relationship that authorization creates. The following standards govern who is authorized and under what terms.

01

Credentialed Professional

Enterprise Science does not authorize career changers or credential seekers. The target practitioner is a credentialed professional—a CPA, management consultant, fractional executive, or advisory professional—already operating at an institutional level with an established professional identity. Authorization is a capability extension for professionals already delivering business and strategy advisory work, not a credential for those entering the field.

02

Existing Client Base

Authorized practitioners hold existing institutional client relationships. Enterprise Science authorization operates within relationships practitioners already own; it is not a mechanism for client acquisition. A fractional CFO embedded in a midmarket enterprise, a CPA firm partner serving recurring business advisory clients, a management consultant with an established client portfolio—each already has the professional relationship. Authorization provides the governed system to apply within it.

03

Individual Authorization

Authorization is always individual. No firm, partnership, network, or organization is ever authorized. Firm-sponsored Practitioner Access enables firms to license access for authorized practitioners within the firm, but the authorization itself attaches to the individual practitioner, not to the firm. A practitioner who leaves a firm retains authorization; a firm whose authorized practitioner departs does not retain authorization rights for the position.

04

Revocability

Authorization is conditional and revocable. Practitioners operate under continuing governance review. Authorization may be revoked where application falls outside licensed scope, where interpretation contradicts governing documentation, where practitioner conduct compromises the institutional integrity of Enterprise Science, or where the practitioner’s professional standing materially changes. Revocability is not a risk to be managed; it is the structural mechanism through which authorization functions as a boundary.

THE ENTERPRISE SCIENCE PRACTICE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Practitioners enter an operational infrastructure

The Enterprise Science Practice Management System is a proven operating model for running a full-scope corporate strategy advisory practice—developed through direct advisory firm operations, CPA-compliant by architecture, and covering strategy, operations, finance, and execution across the enterprise. It is made available to authorized practitioners through their licensing relationship with Enterprise Science Inc.

Authorized practitioners do not build practices around the system from scratch. They enter an operational infrastructure that is already built, already proven, and already compliant. Practitioner management, client management, workflow discipline, and operational mechanics are in place. The practice does not need to be constructed; it needs to be operated.

No comparable practice infrastructure exists for midmarket business and strategy advisory work. The Practice Management System is a named, governed asset licensed by Enterprise Science Inc. It is available to authorized practitioners through their licensing relationship—not separately purchasable, not available outside authorization, not optional.
